- The chemical formulation uses virgin PVC plastics only ensuring durability and lasting performance of the posts.
- Titanium Dioxide is used in the manufacturing process for UV stabilisation.
- Impact modifiers and elasticisers are also used to ensure that the post returns upright and can withstand multiple high speed impacts.
- The retention barb at the foot of the post both anchors the post in position and acts as an anti-theft device.
- The one piece extrusion design negates disassembly through wear, splitting or vandalism and is shaped to prevent shimmering in the wind and for ease of installation
- The posts are durable, resistant to mould and mildew, and are not affected by hydrocarbon solvents.
- The posts are designed to work effectively in a temperature range of zero to 60 degrees Celsius.
